Redefine your smile
Laguna Premier Dental has you covered with our Oral aligners.
Oral aligners are a popular alternative to traditional braces for patients who want a more discreet and comfortable orthodontic treatment.

Oral aligner procedure
Oral aligners can be an effective treatment option for a variety of orthodontic issues, including overcrowding, spacing, and bite problems. They are particularly popular among adults and teenagers who want a more discreet and convenient way to straighten their teeth.

Step 1: Consultation
During the consultation, our team will examine your teeth, take X-rays and impressions of your mouth, and discuss your orthodontic goals.

2: Treatment planning
Using the impressions and images of your teeth, we will create a 3D model of your mouth and plan the specific movements that your teeth need.

Step 3: Fitting
Once the aligners are fabricated Dr. Amar will check the fit of the aligners and that they are comfortable to wear.

I was always self-conscious about my crooked teeth, but I didn't want to get traditional braces as an adult. Oral aligners were the perfect solution! Dr. Amar at Laguna Premier Dental made the process so easy and comfortable, and now I have a beautiful, straight smile that I'm proud to show off.

I had a slight overbite that was causing discomfort, and I was worried about the cost and inconvenience of traditional braces. But Dr. Amar at Laguna Premier Dental recommended oral aligners and I'm so glad I went for it! The aligners were practically invisible and I was able to eat and brush my teeth normally. Now my bite is corrected and my teeth look great.

I was hesitant to try oral aligners because I have a busy lifestyle and didn't want to deal with the hassle of braces. But Dr. Amar assured me that the aligners were easy to wear and maintain. He was right - I hardly even noticed them and was able to wear them at work and in social situations. Now I have a straighter, more confident smile without having to go through the discomfort and awkwardness of traditional braces.

Oral aligners are custom-made clear plastic trays that gradually shift teeth into their correct position over time. Each set of aligners is designed to apply gentle, constant pressure on the teeth, and is worn for a specified period before being replaced by the next set in the series.
The length of treatment with oral aligners can vary depending on the patient’s specific orthodontic needs. In general, treatment with oral aligners can take anywhere from 6-18 months, with patients typically wearing each set of aligners for 1-2 weeks.
While oral aligners can cause some mild discomfort or pressure in the first few days of wearing a new set, they are typically not painful. Patients may experience some soreness or tenderness during treatment, but this is usually manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.
Oral aligners can be an effective treatment option for many orthodontic issues, including mild to moderate crowding, spacing, and bite problems. However, more severe cases may require traditional braces or other orthodontic treatment options.
Oral aligners are generally suitable for most patients, but there are some cases where they may not be the best option. For example, patients with severe crowding or bite issues may require more complex treatment, and patients with certain medical conditions may not be good candidates for oral aligners. Dr. Amar can evaluate your specific case to determine if oral aligners are a good option for you.
